Position Overview
PromiseAlliance is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and oversee our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is innovative, data-driven, and capable of engaging audiences while promoting our brand and insurance services. This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
- Monitor engagement, analytics, and performance metrics
- Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer interaction
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging
- Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
- Stay current on social media trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to develop creative content and campaigns
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
