Position Overview
PromiseAlliance is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and report on business and insurance data. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-focused, and able to provide actionable insights to improve processes and decision-making. This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Identify trends, anomalies, and insights for management
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and data quality
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis or business analytics
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide insights
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
