Position Overview
PromiseAlliance is seeking a proactive Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for various insurance roles. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, strong communication skills, and an ability to assess candidates effectively. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for open positions using multiple channels
- Screen resumes and conduct virtual interviews
- Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-up communications
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring process
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate fit and skills effectively
- Organized and able to manage multiple open positions
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely
