Position Overview
PromiseAlliance is seeking a meticulous Payroll Clerk to manage employee payroll, ensure accurate payment processing, and maintain records of deductions, benefits, and hours. The ideal candidate will have accounting or payroll experience and strong attention to detail. This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule
- Maintain records of hours worked, deductions, and benefits
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and compliance
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams on employee data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
