Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, email handling, and digital filing
- Assist internal departments by organizing documents, data, and communication records
- Support meetings by preparing notes, agendas, and follow-up action tasks
- Maintain accurate internal files and ensure timely completion of routine tasks
- Handle customer and vendor communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support or a similar remote role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional, friendly, and helpful approach
- Proficient with digital office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong typing accuracy, document handling skills, and tech-savviness
